We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Center Shift Supervisor to join our logistics team at Shopee.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sorting center processes and team members, ensuring all KPIs and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Manage the sorting center processes, including inbound, sorting, and outbound operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Delivery Management: Manage all deliveries, ensuring they are received, checked, processed, and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and provide regular reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
  • Work Experience: Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing.
  • Leadership Experience: Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen with details and has a background in process improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications.
