About the Role

This is a dynamic position where you'll work comfortably with people from different creative disciplines and with different creative teams. You'll have the ability to speak with clients and present copy and concepts to them, taking responsibility for the quality of any copywriting deliverable.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Concept and collaborate with the creative team, including other copywriters, interaction designers, art directors, and programmers.
  • Actually write—that is, be able to write compelling and grammatically clean long-form website copy as well as effective headlines, taglines, and calls to action.
  • Establish visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill project objectives.

In addition, you'll need to:

  • Possess the ability to work with clients in different industries.
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.

You'll also need to have:

  • A strong grasp of TV, especially 15s; digital experience is a plus, as well as social media space and online media jargon and technology.
  • A strong FMCG background/experience, especially in SEA; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • The ability to interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
