Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our growing team. As a Social Media Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, such as shipping delays and product defects.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers on product usage and features.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You will be working remotely, but regular virtual meetings will be scheduled.
