Job Description

  • The role involves developing ad hoc analyses or reports and communicating insights to business teams.
  • Capturing high-level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborating on reporting and data-related projects.
  • Providing support to users Business Intelligence reporting infrastructure and assisting users in finding the right information.
  • Developing new and updating existing reports.
  • Driving the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge.
  • Serving as a liaison between Shopee PH and Business Intelligence technical engineers to ensure proper definition of requirements.
  • Determining opportunities for automation using different technologies.
  • Learning and developing new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.
  • Managing and maintaining Service Level Agreements of different third-party companies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field is required.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience is needed.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge in Python is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with proven project management skills are preferred.
  • Openness to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons is an advantage.
