Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior, quality-conscious and style-forward individuals
  • Research product features, benefits, and differentiators for effective messaging
  • Evaluate competitors and industry trends in concept, style, and functionality
  • Maintain a reference library of competitive ads, user-generated content, videos, and social assets
  • Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings
  • Enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords using keyword research
  • Analyze data and recommend changes to improve visibility and conversion
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Amazon platforms (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
  • Leverage data insights to iterate and improve ad performance
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews
  • Use customer feedback to guide product and service improvements
  • Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; confident making data-driven decisions
Soft Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven teams
  • Low ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iteration
  • Passion for marketing and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Detail-oriented and reliably meets deadlines with high-quality work
Experience
  • 2+ years managing Amazon advertising and listings
  • Proven track record with high-performing content (ads, videos, articles)
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindset
