Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Fortune Buddies Corp.

• Product Sourcing and Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new suppliers and vendors, ensuring the best possible products and services for our organization.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Source materials, goods, products, and services by negotiating cost-effective contracts and deals with vendors and suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory inspections to maintain accurate stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to meet business demands.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and business opportunities through market research, enabling us to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Quality Control: Inspect stock upon receipt and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately to prevent potential issues.
• Order Management: Maintain detailed records of all orders, payments, and received stock, ensuring seamless order processing and timely delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our delivery team to track orders and address any delays or rescheduling issues in a timely manner.
• Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals through product launches and other networking opportunities.

• Procurement Experience: Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
• Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
