College Admissions Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and process-driven Student Manager who can perform various administrative and logistical tasks efficiently and effectively to support the College Team members, consultants, and clients. The ideal candidate is familiar with education, has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and is able to produce quality research and present the information in a comprehensive and systematic format.

The Student Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely and effective delivery of all company communications. Responsibilities include conveying important information such as research findings, reminders, updates and other relevant messages while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

The role involves conducting high-level research under the Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs. They are expected to maintain accuracy, thoroughness and clarity in all research deliverables, ensuring that findings are presented in a client-friendly format and updated as needed to reflect the latest information.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and recommending schools that best match the client's academic interests, extracurricular strengths and personal preferences, using a data-driven approach to ensure optimal fit. Additionally, they will research and summarize admission criteria, required documents, deadlines and unique application components for a range of colleges and universities tailored to each client's profile.

The Student Manager will also collect, organize, update and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data handled. They will coordinate and oversee daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions. They will be proficient in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets and other collaborative platforms. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, along with experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults and their families in educational or community settings.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing or other related fields. Proficient verbal and written communication skills enabling effective engagement with consultants, written emails and messages with clients and internal stakeholders. Capable of tailoring communication style to suit different audiences and contexts, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
