Freelance Automotive Evaluator

We are seeking a freelance automotive evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

As an evaluator, you will step into the world of luxury automobiles to observe carefully, evaluate after-sales services, or overall customer experience. You will use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.

This is a flexible, project-based position with frequent opportunities to perform several missions per month and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.

  • Flexibility - each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments. You should have a good understanding of the automobile industry, enjoy interacting with people, and have a keen eye for observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.

Requirements include:

  1. Age 18 years or older
  2. Good understanding of the automobile industry

  6. Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries
  7. Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys
