Job Summary:

As an IT Transformation Specialist at Revtra Pro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between Finance and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting in requirement analysis, preparing functional specifications, and supporting business testing for transformation projects involving Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate these effectively to the IT team.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure that all requirements are met and that the IT environment is fully understood by the Finance team.
• Participate in project life cycle activities, including organizing meetings, writing requirement documents, and providing status reports.
• Execute and manage testing, including creating test plans for the Finance department and communicating with Finance business users during UAT.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance business analyst in the Insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of business requirements analysis and IT environment.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Agile tooling such as JIRA is preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
