Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fund Management solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand fund management processes and translate them into functional specifications for SAP.
  • Configure SAP FM to meet organizational needs related to budget management, funds allocation, and fund tracking.
  • System Configuration & Support: Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP Fund Management solutions, focusing on budgeting, commitment accounting, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain SAP Fund Management system configurations to support various financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FM functionality and performance.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and oversee the testing of SAP Fund Management functionality, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure that the system is fully tested, integrated, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Document test results, track defects, and manage resolutions during the testing phase.
  • Business Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve fund management business processes, identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization using SAP solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP FM features and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements that streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training and create comprehensive user guides and training materials for SAP FM processes.
  • Provide training on SAP Fund Management best practices to internal teams and business users.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP FM configuration, testing, and implementation processes.
