Supply Chain Planner

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring timely issuance of Sales Orders and Work Orders based on current Build Plans, Customer requests, and Production capabilities.
• Reporting potential production issues that may impact shipment commitments and coordinating with PLM to resolve these issues.
• Monitoring non-moving, hold, and aging lots in Production to expedite completion.
• Participating in monthly Physical inventory of Production line WIP Inventory and Finished goods.
• Consolidating Weekly Shipment Comparison Reports for submission to Inventory.
• Preparing Monthly Physical Inventory Reports of WIP & Finished goods for submission to Accounting, following up on discrepancies.
• Verifying Materials availability against Customer Build Plans before releasing Work Orders, ensuring no Material shortages related to incomplete kits.
• Reporting daily Work Order Aging status and pushing PLM's for action plans and commitment dates, ensuring timely completion of Work Orders.
• Facilitating Weekly Work Order review meetings with PLM's to monitor progress and close Work Orders.
• Maintaining accurate Oracle transactions, including Move to Scrap and Shipping, and ensuring all shipping transactions are interfaced in the Avago server.
