Employment Strategies Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, for volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements, job profiles, and ideal candidate fit.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Assess and evaluate candidates' technical and sales skills, cultural fit, and potential for success through assessment tools and techniques.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform future hiring strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability to adapt sourcing approaches accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
