At BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and Problem Solver to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. As a Customer Service Representative and Problem Solver, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries;
  • Solving complex problems in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner;
  • Maintaining logs and records of all customer queries as per standard procedures and guidelines;
  • Accurately processing and recording all incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software;
  • Offering alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers' business;
  • Following up and making scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract/SLAs.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards;
  • Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner;
  • Documenting all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue;
  • Updating own availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity of the process;
  • Recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following requirements and qualifications:

  • A College Graduate or College Undergraduate completed 4 semesters without back subjects and SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience;
  • Experience in call center will be an advantage;
  • Healthcare experience will be an added advantage;
