We are looking for a Head of Client Success to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our marketing-as-a-service company, you will work directly with international clients to oversee and execute B2B Marketing Campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client governance meetings, nurturing relationships with client stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results through effective communication.

  1. Lead client governance meetings and nurture client relationships through effective communication.
  2. Deliver exceptional results through effective communication and delivery of superior marketing services and results.
  3. Contribute to the overall strategy of account growth and expansion.
  4. Manage a team of resources, focusing on their growth, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
  5. Participate in company-wide initiatives as a member of the leadership team.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  7. Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing.
  8. 3+ years of experience in program management, change management, or project management within a fast-paced metrics driven environment.
  9. Prior experience in B2B software marketing is highly desirable.
  10. Experience with process improvement and operations management.
  11. Strong drive, bias for action, and result-oriented with influence at peer and leader levels.
  12. History of cross-functional partnership, teamwork, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  13. Detail orientation with self-motivation and follow-through on projects.
  14. Able to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  15. Excellent communication skills: written and oral communication credentials and ability to translate data into information and storytelling.
