Job Overview

The role of a WordPress Graphic Designer revolves around designing and customizing WordPress themes to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The focus is on theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user engagement through thoughtful visual presentation.

This position balances website creation for clients and marketing design initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and cohesive brand identity.

Responsibilities include designing and customizing WordPress themes, creating visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns, optimizing graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices, collaborating with content creators and developers on integrated designs, enhancing user journey and experience through layout and design improvements, supporting marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates, and maintaining consistent visual identity across all digital properties.

Key requirements include a minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design, deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools, background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio, skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies, and clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients.
