Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries
  • Processing customer transactions and providing relevant information and support
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher required
  • At least one year of experience in a BPO environment with technical knowledge
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Able to work on-site
