Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute projects and processes to increase productivity and eliminate or reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, orderly, and safe working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations, and other housekeeping standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in food processing, filling, and packing machines.
  • Knowledgeable in PLC/HMI Systems and Process automation.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules (weekly change of shift).
