Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recover outstanding debts from clients through various channels.
  2. Analyze payment trends to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and collect outstanding debts.
  5. Provide regular updates to management on our accounts receivable performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in financial recovery or related financial roles.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with financial analysis and modeling.
  2. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
