About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving past due loans and potential problem accounts referred by the Group. This involves developing and implementing remedial remedies and action plans aimed at reducing the bank's Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and improving collateral/security positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance skills in credit evaluation, negotiation, and presentation
  • Learn to assess/determine the viability or non-viability of a borrower
  • Coordinate with other units of the bank to ensure smooth and proper implementation and documentation of approved settlement schemes

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in handling loan account recovery and institutional accounts
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in credit analysis
