Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
