Branch Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures in the branch. The Branch Operations Manager oversees administrative, personnel, and internal functions to ensure optimal business performance. They provide strong leadership to assigned staff to meet established levels of quality, productivity, and employee morale.

The Branch Operations Manager works closely with the Branch Manager and Finance Manager to ensure reports and control of funds and finances are accurate and compliant. Key responsibilities include planning, leading, organizing, and controlling branch operations to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors use of office supplies and forecasts requests for necessary supplies.
• Assists in the preparation of branch projections, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepares and maintains HIP ledger cards.
• Supervises orientation and training of personnel temporarily or permanently assigned under their supervision.
• Evaluates performance of personnel under their supervision for purposes of salary administration, trainings, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
• 3-5 years working experience in financial accounting and closing.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years experience in cash management.

Estimated Salary: PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per year (dependent on location and qualifications).
