We're looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Verification Support Agent. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for verifying lead interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in our system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must), and possess previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing. You should also be hands-on with communicating with and following up on leads, attentive to details, and have strong administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads in our system
  • Securely working with customers' sensitive information
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices
