Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain SAP COPC modules, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for COPC enhancements and customizations.
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP COPC functionalities and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver value to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP COPC configuration and support.
  • Strong understanding of COPC functionalities, including cost allocation, profitability analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules, such as FI, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an AMS environment is preferred.
  • SAP COPC certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with S/4HANA COPC.
  • Knowledge of ABAP debugging and basic programming.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry, particularly with products.
