About The Role

  • This is a pivotal position within our organization who will help grow our digital presence while also assisting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of the camera, has a passion for storytelling, and is also highly organized and dependable behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation
  • Develop and execute content strategies and ideas that align with brand goals
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
  • Be the on-camera personality for content that's authentic, humorous, and engaging
  • Edit additional video content featuring strong content flow, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents
  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats
  • Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of college
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media; prior experience assisting in a marketing or creative environment is a plus; comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level)
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
