This role involves analyzing and reviewing bids, performing task analysis, preparing detailed cost estimate reports, assessing projects by identifying project requirements, negotiating and confirming prices and rates, preparing reports, and making visits to proposed construction sites.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and review bids from various contractors and suppliers
  • Perform thorough task analysis to ensure accurate estimates
  • Prepare detailed cost estimate reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Assess projects to identify key requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Negotiate and confirm prices and rates with contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes
  • Visit proposed construction sites to assess feasibility and identify potential risks

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project estimation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
