Backend Architectural Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Backend Architectural Specialist to join our R&D team.

This is a standalone role that requires the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of designing and implementing scalable backend architecture for secure systems.
  • Responsibilities include building APIs, services, and managing deployments/DevOps.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability across systems.
  • Collaboration with the R&D team is crucial to integrate backend solutions with various applications.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience (senior-level).
  • Strong proficiency in modern backend languages: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
    • Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and microservices.
    • Hands-on DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Nice to Have:
    • Background in AI, computer vision, or machine learning product development.
      • Experience with GPU-based deployments (CUDA, TensorRT, etc.).
        • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
