At Luo City Spa Club, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in our financial department.


">About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and account reconciliations. The successful candidate will also lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to senior management and stakeholders.


">Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and account reconciliations.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinate and assist in financial audits, providing documentation and support to auditors.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations and growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and scenario analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.
  • Handle financial inquiries and provide support to team members and external partners.
  • Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
