IT Director

Job Title: IT Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head to join our team at Anytime Cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of IT staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, making informed decisions to optimize our technology investments.
• Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
• Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure they operate effectively, resolving technical issues promptly.
• Generate performance reports for operating systems, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations, maintaining compliance and integrity.
• Evaluate technology risks and develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures, ensuring business continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, with a track record of success.
• Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation, with a strong understanding of IT security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange, with excellent technical skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working hours, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
