Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Designer and Marketing Support specialist to join our team.

This role involves designing visually engaging presentations, researching marketing leads, and supporting social media content creation.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Figma Slides, strong design skills, and excellent written English skills.

They will also be highly organized, responsive, and reliable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement.

The successful candidate will have prior exposure to RIBA/NBS libraries and/or B2B marketing, which is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation Designer – Design visually appealing presentations using Figma Slides; interpret and develop design from briefs or high-level guidance; apply current design trends while maintaining brand consistency; ensure precision and polish with excellent attention to detail;
  • Marketing Support – Research and identify relevant prospects from RIBA and NBS libraries; compile and submit lead lists to the telemarketing team; assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content; follow provided creative direction and adhere to brand tone and voice;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Figma Slides with a strong design portfolio;
  • Solid understanding of contemporary design trends;
  • Highly organized, responsive, and reliable;
  • Strong written and verbal English skills;
  • Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing admin;
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement;
