Job Overview

Hunter's Hub Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies and principles, as well as supporting the Scrum maturity of the squad.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Agile ceremonies and principles, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and iteration reviews.
  • Supporting the evaluation of Scrum maturity and preparing the squad for advanced stages of maturity.
  • Leading the team on Agile/Scrum practices, enabling process activities, and inspiring self-alignment.
  • Assisting in program design, team work, and process management within the Scrum framework.
  • Managing Agile teams, building trust, and creating a safe atmosphere for problem-solving and growth.
  • Improving team performance through schooling and adopting a positive work culture.
  • Maintaining recognized quality standards by facilitating a working definition of done (DoD) for Agile stories.
  • Supporting team members in developing and delivering individual obligations, and assisting those struggling to meet assurances.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and team to ensure effective product backlog management, development iterations, and software progress matrices.
  • Organizing metric data, tracking team capacity and velocity metrics, and preparing regular reports using repeatable methods.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field or postgraduate/MBA in project management or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex projects and product development, as well as knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and strategic planning skills.
  • Technical proficiency and development background, experience working in Agile environments, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse business and IT teams.
