Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced acquisitions specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that will involve coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and presenting products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with different suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, job orders, and purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Present and market products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business-related.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales, inventory management, and transaction processing is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
  • Must have PEZA/BOC and ISO accreditations.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
