Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Reliability Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk)
  • Understanding load testing tools and analyzing results
