Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partners' bookkeeping requirements, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure timely completion of BIR compliance and reporting requirements, including tax return preparation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management to support the smooth operation of the Accounting Department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field. CPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting handling general accounting and disbursement functions, and/or 1-3 years handling tax compliance in a sole proprietor or partnership entity.
