The position of Reference Data Specialist is a developing professional role within Citigroup. This role requires independence in solving problems, with some latitude to address complex issues. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of industry standards and practices, as well as the ability to integrate specialty area knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other operational teams globally to ensure a consistent model is followed for critical reference data.
  • Verify details of client/product from a regulatory and control perspective for Institutional Client Accounts.
  • Serve as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
  • Deliver daily project work and escalation management, routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a Data Analyst role.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
