Expert Tax Leadership Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our US Tax team in delivering high-quality services to clients. As a respected authority in taxation, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex tax returns using specialized software
  • Review and validate tax returns prepared by staff members
  • Provide expert tax planning insights and recommendations to clients
  • Manage engagement scope, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Supervise and train junior tax professionals
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters and deliverables
Qualifications and Experience:
  • CPA license and Master of Taxation required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, including review responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Ultra Tax and related tax preparation software
  • Strong leadership skills, including team supervision and coaching
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
