JOB PURPOSE

A Product Trainer facilitates training courses for any enterprise account assigned to him/her. He/she is reporting to the Training Manager for Enterprise regarding all training preparation, needs, and concerns.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Product Trainer:

  • Fully understanding and effectively delivering all training content.
  • Making sure that the training timeline is followed, and training topics and schedules are aligned.
  • Creating and modifying training materials.
  • Incorporating various training approaches, methods, and strategies to make training more effective.
  • Reporting training progress to the Training Manager in a timely and organized manner.
  • Proposing training improvement plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Mid to Senior English Proficiency Level
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must have at least a year of BPO Experience (Healthcare Accounts)
  • Must be flexible with schedules.
  • Must have knowledge in Medical Billing and other Healthcare-related processes.
