YOUR ROLE

To reinforce our Finance Internal Control department, we are looking for an experienced and high potential Regional Finance Internal Control who will reinforce the team for Finance Control, with a complex process structure and in a context of significant acquisitions / integrations.

Joining a network of finance internal controllers based in different regions in coordination with our head office Finance Internal control expert, you will be responsible for the design and operational effectiveness of finance key controls, evaluate/quantify any control deficiencies and assist in implementing control enhancements or process modifications with maximum effectiveness and business efficiency (including Information Technology risks and controls).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Develop Finance Internal Control and reinforce processes across the Group:

• Inspire a finance internal control culture in the Group.

• Responsible for the design and operational effectiveness of finance key controls, evaluate/quantify any control deficiencies and assist in implementing control enhancements or process modifications with maximum effectiveness and business efficiency (including Information Technology risks and controls).

• Develop the second level of finance controls in compliance with Sapin II.

• Track internal and external audit findings and ensure prompt resolution.

• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Finance Control Department

• Identify training gaps, create, and implement training programs that are aligned with the business needs and strategic objectives to support compliance and finance internal controls.

• Participate in the development of an annual roadmap for all sites.

• Contribute to the identification and assessment of finance operational risks.

• Define and update procedures aimed at strengthening the security of assets, information flows and control of operations.

• Carry out flash audits aimed at self-monitoring and ensure the implementation of action plans.

• Oversee the administration and provide necessary trainings during the finance internal control self-assessment questionnaires campaign

• Facilitate the collection and reporting of finance internal control incidents.

• Propose recommendations to head office for improving finance internal control and, if necessary, implement new operating methods and/or action plans.

• Any other projects assigned by line manager

Support:

• Provide support to the regional organization and collaborate with other regional Finance Internal controllers to contribute to the reinforcement of the finance internal control team and the implementation of the finance internal control tool.

• Answer ad hoc questions of regional finance teams in regard to Finance internal control topics

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance / Internal Control

• 5 to 8 years experiences, including working in an international company with an internal control function

• Experience with complex financing and tax structures is a plus

• Strong analytical and project management skills mastered through involvement in large, cross service line projects with international teams

• Advanced functional knowledge of financial systems and processes

• Good stakeholder liaison and excellent communications skills developed while delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.

• Self-motivated, innovative and optimistic attitude, coupled with the ability to work under pressure in teams, and individually

• Fluent in English

• Experience as Finance Internal Control Auditor (Supervisor at least) or Finance Internal controller in an international company

• Experience in a publicly listed company or in US company would be a plus

• JDE, Onestream would be a plus
