JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensures proper monitoring and tracking of Records Unit's incoming and outgoing documents maintains and updates the tracking and safekeeping of OAS - NHTS and 4Ps.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Review, receive, and update incoming documents in the Enhanced Document Transaction Management System (EDTMS)
2.Encode, scan and route outgoing documents in EDTMS
3.Generate reports and retrieve data from the EDTMS
4.Act as Permanent General Services Officer
5.Act as support staff at Secretariat Work and
6.Performs other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor/Assistant Secretary.

7.Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance
8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
Note:For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
