Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or medical-related course is required.
With at least 1 year of work experience as an IP Coder
Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) or a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)- None Nego
Work schedule: Dayshift (8AM-5PM)
Work Setup: Onsite- willing to work in Manila, Pampanga, Cebu

Job Description :
  • Inpatient Coders must have a valid CCS Certification
  • Inpatient coders to accurately assign codes and abstract for the facility
  • component for Inpatients as required by coding guidelines and facility guidelines and policies and procedures
  • ICD 10 CM (Diagnosis codes)
  • ICD 10 PCS codes (Procedure codes)
  • Inpatient coders must follow and adhere with Coding Operational guidebook of the Facility as well as the Internal and Official Coding Guidelines
  • Inpatient coders to accurately assign Present on Admission (POA), Discharge Disposition, Admit Type, Admin source, etc.,
  • Inpatient coders to accurately assign MS DRGs and APR DRGs.
