Philippines Quezon City Sarelle Engineering Consultancy Full time

Sarelle Engineering Consultancy (SEC) is a Philippine-based consultancy firm that has extensive experience of more than two decades in undertaking feasibility studies for infrastructure projects in the Philippines and abroad. SARELLE is involved in the feasibility studies of various infrastructure projects for private and other Philippine government entities. The managing principal/owners of Sarelle Engineering Consultancy had an extensive experience in the pre-investment studies of transport infrastructure projects  abroad particularly in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Timor Leste, Papua New Guinea, Laos, Pakistan, Kenya, and Mongolia. The Consultant was hired to undertake traffic survey and economic analysis by multinational development banks and institutions like Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB) and Japan International cooperation Agency (JICA). SARELLE also has a pool of experts with local and international experience that have honed them even more to determine the appropriate technical approach for the assignment. Based on their good reputation and experience in similar and related projects, the Sarelle Engineering Consultancy is confident to perform the assignment with highest degree of professionalism to carry-out the objectives of the consulting services and satisfy the expectations of DPWH.

Job Qualification:

  • BS Civil Engineering or any related course (with or without a PRC License)
  • Experience and other skill requirements: relevant experience in government/private contracts, project development, and/or other fields related to engineering and/or economic research and development;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAD;
  • Keen attention to detail, good analytical skills;
  • Knowledgable in report formatting is a plus;
  • Detail-oriented; organizational skills; tendency to problem-solve and take initiative;
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time; and
  • Willing to work onsite in an office located in Fairview, Q.C.

Job Description:

  • The position will be on a project basis/per contract and can be subject to renewal;
  • Assists the senior traffic engineer and project engineers in various road feasibility projects;
  • Assists in the preparation of feasibility studies for roads and other technical and engineering consultancy reports;
  • Writes, organizes, and packages project proposals for bidding on government projects;
  • Coordinates with consultants, government officers, and other relevant stakeholders from time to time; and
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned occasionally, and other related work.
