Marketing Associate

  • Assists the regional marketing manager in executing hyper localized campaigns and communications strategy for the regional market
  • Assists in end-to-end execution for on ground activations in CEB, coordinating with necessary agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Handles day-to-day communications with external partners for events, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and creative agencies
  • Coordinates and guides the creatives team on the development of specific creative materials for all CEB-related requirements
  • Handles administrative tasks for CEB including coordinating with cross-functional teams for payment requests, purchase requests, logistics requests (for events)
  • Tracks expenses for marketing campaigns executed for the year
  • Assists in executing localized FGDs to gather user feedback in order to improve conversion and engagement
  • Coordinates with the performance marketing team for guidance on localizing the digital marketing strategy in CEB

Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience as a marketing associate/sales and marketing role
  • At least College Level (Marketing/Business Administration)
  • Project Management, Events Management, Data Analytics (Pivot Table), strong communication skills
  • Able to converse in Bisaya (CEB local dialect)
