6. With good negotiation and facilitation skills Responsibility DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducts reconnaissance survey of land for acquisition and development
2. Conducts relocation survey of land for acquisition and development
3. Conducts topographic survey of land for acquisition and development
4. Makes application and facilitates release of Master Plan at Meralco of housing project.
5. Coordinates with the City Engineer, Municipal planning Head, and LGU on special project concerns
6. Requests assessments for Development Permit and other documentary requirements of project at LGU
7. Makes application for Barangay Clearance of project to be developed and for housing units to be constructed
8. Makes application and secures release of Building permits at the Local government Unit (LGU) for units and facilities to be constructed
9. Makes application and secures release of Occupancy permits at the LGU for completely constructed units and facilities
10. Makes application and secures release of Fire Clearance for both Building and Occupancy permit applications
11. Conducts layout of roads for land development.
12. Conducts layout of units to be constructed
13. Conducts special survey works required during construction period
14. Performs other task or special projects related to his/her roles and position within the department.
