About The Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is on the lookout for a skilled Jr. Full Stack Engineer, with a solid understanding of vanilla JavaScript as well as backend web development languages like PHP, to join our dynamic team. This role will expose you to multiple technologies, particularly Codeigniter and MySQL, as well as Go/Hugo, so familiarity with these technologies is a plus but not a requirement While the primary focus will be on developing and enhancing the front-end aspects of our data driven SEO projects, we have several content projects supporting LTV's product offerings that require regular support and updates.

If you're passionate about the idea of crafting seamless user interfaces, enjoy tackling diverse challenges, and are willing to learn about working with backend technologies when needed, then this is the role for you. You'll get the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to key architectural decisions, and leave your mark on a broad spectrum of projects. What You'll Get To Do

  • Be a part of the team that is responsible for both front-end and back-end development to support product innovation, rapid testing and feature implementation
  • Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive web interfaces
  • Engage in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a continuous learning environment
  • Contribute ideas for continuous evolution of our stack and identify areas for improvement proactively

What You Bring To The Table

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field; recently graduated or entering your last year and pending the completion of your professional internship
  • Basic understanding of how RESTful APIs work
  • Basic understanding of best practices for code development
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a leave it better than you found it mindset
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks, and to share knowledge with the team
  • Prior experience with PHP, Javascript and/or CodeIgniter/Laravel is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
