The UNO Management Associate/Analyst Program – Risk Track develops future leaders while engaging them in challenging and business critical assignments in both non-client facing and client facing roles. Recent MBA/Undergrad level candidates experience a 2-year program in various areas of UNObank.

The Market Leadership track provides exposure to non-client facing and client facing roles in Retail Banking. The program would have 4 rotations of 6 months each.

Your training and development is our top priority with on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout. As a UNO Management Program Associate/Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Applying your financial acumen and analytical skills to support a variety of projects as required by our customers and business leaders
  • Building, designing and executing process solutions against business strategy
  • Executing in roles such as Relationship Management, Business Support, Process Design, Product Management, Technology, & Operations and many more
  • Owning customer experience and risk in a designated consumer market
  • Building a customer-centric culture
  • Collaborating with partners across the organization to achieve operational and performance excellence
  • Holding teams accountable to deepen client relationships by building robust relationships and following established Sales Effectiveness processes
  • Identifying solutions to meet customer's needs

Qualifications

The Ideal candidate will exhibit a strong drive for results; succeed in a fast-paced, empowered, and collaborative environment; enjoy teamwork and partnering with others; possess basic financial acumen, excellent organizational and analytical skills; and have the ability to build/design and execute strategy.

Educational and Professional Certifications

Bachelor of Science in Statistics/Analytics

Required Skills

  • Candidates are required to be a graduate from business school or university with a graduation timeframe after December 2021
  • 0-3 years of work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills
