About The Role

This role oversees the Service Transformation Service Management and Automation portfolio working closely with Experience Owners and Technology to successfully deliver the portfolio of activities.

  • Reports to the Head of Service Transformation on priorities, progress, risks and issues, and roadmap for the period ahead
  • Leads team of Service Transformation project managers and organisational change management leads through BOS (BHP Operating System) principles and methodologies to drive team performance
  • Manage the Service Management and Automation project portfolio to delivery scope, quality, schedule and budget, improve delivery performance, effectively manage escalations.
  • Managing team capacity and demand across the portfolio
  • Leverages BOS to uplift portfolio performance in connection with Technology and our customers, embedding continuous improvements into our ways of work, through our playbook and systems of work,
  • Deep engagement/embedment with Technology to drive portfolio performance
  • Deep engagement/ embedment with Experience Owners (through BOS routines) to align priorities, KPIs, experience owner focus areas and translating these into Service Transformation priorities and plan
  • Establish timelines and report regularly on progress, obstacles, and execution
  • Facilitate problem solve workshops and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information into ways of working improvements.
  • Identifying, engaging and managing a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering the above accountabilities
  • Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and performance

About You

  • Experience in implementation of Service Management (SNOW, MS Dynamics) and Automation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and business problem solving skills
  • Degree (Bachelor and/ or Master) in Business/ Finance or similar areas or related field
  • Experience with Project Management/ Management of Capital portfolio
  • Facilitation Skills – must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Able to translate discussion into priorities and action
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Excellent analytical and abstraction reasoning skills, as well as problem solving ability

Successful candidate must have right to work in either the Philippines or Malaysia.
