• Excellent English Communication: Highly proficient in verbal and written communication in English to effectively lead a team, communicate with clients, and collaborate with other departments.

• Extensive Experience in CAD Drafting: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CAD drafting position is required, specifically in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Dry Fire/FDAS, Security, and Hydraulics (Plumbing & Sanitary) Building Services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. The candidate should demonstrate advanced proficiency in CAD software and possess in-depth knowledge of drafting principles.

• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with the capability to supervise and mentor junior drafting staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar programs (Revit is a plus), with the ability to handle complex design projects and resolve technical challenges.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and precision in all drafting tasks and project deliverables.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Project Management: Proficient in project management techniques, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure the successful completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in CAD drafting.

• Willing to work in Pasig City

As a Senior CAD Drafter with supervisory responsibilities, your role will encompass:

• Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to the CAD drafting team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines.

• Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and expertise to junior drafting staff, assisting them in solving complex design challenges and improving drafting techniques.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with Australian team (engineers and drafting team) to understand project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and ensure seamless integration of drafting activities with overall project objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, conducting regular reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Training and Development: Develop training programs and provide mentoring to junior drafting staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the CAD drafting department, implementing best practices and workflow optimizations to maximize productivity and quality outcomes.

• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant client's standards in all drafting work, adhering to best practices for design integrity, safety, and sustainability.
