Qualifications

At least 5-years in a related industrial environment to include experience of safety management and maintenance systems in Management capacity.
Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical & Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
At least 3 years' experience in supervisory position in the field of Operations and Maintenance of chemical, industrial gases and manufacturing set-up
Preferably with driver's license

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed the targets on Balance Score card (BSC) or KPI's set by the Operations Head
Monitor and analyze the KPI deliverables to his key subordinates.
Responsible for setting the target KPI's of his team
Supports BSC of other functional group like Maintenance, Procurement, Delivery, Supply chain and PG&P Operations.
Directs and leads the site assigned to achieve the set corporate objectives on cost, product and services.
Provide quality and precise reports for Daily Operations Report and Input data.
Ensure all monthly reports required by operations in regional and global were submitted ahead of time.
Implements the Company's Safety, Environmental, Quality (SHEQ), and Quality Assurance Program (QPM) within his organization.
