Receives from Fleet Office Clerk, all Driverâs Vehicle Inspection Reports with regards to vehicles needing mechanical repairs (major or minor). Proceeds to conduct repairs on the units. Indicates in the âAction Takenâ column, details of repair work done, spare parts replaced, etc. Signs on the âMechanicâs Signatureâ portion, once work is accomplished.

Conducts test drive and validates actual repair works done. Turnover repaired vehicles to Fleet Office Clerk for documentation in Excel.

During scheduled trucks PMS, receives monthly PMS groupings from Fleet Office Clerk. Conducts PMS of each vehicle and records in Logbook all PMS work done. Indicates accomplishment date of each vehicle in the monthly PMS groupings.

Conducts periodic mechanical PMS of forklift equipment. Details of work done is accomplished by Fleet Office Clerk (in a logbook )

Ensures that the maintenance workplace is kept clean and in order and that maintenance tools and equipment used at the shop are in good operating condition.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment to protect oneself and others in accordance with all department guidelines and adheres to the occupational safety and health regulations.

Responds to routine and emergency call to rescue vehicles on the field (may be outside Cebu).

Assists the branches on mechanic works, if the need arises.

Acts as a responsible representative of the Company to its Clients and Customers.

Ensures that your duties and responsibilities as Mechanic are met.

Performs other duties and responsibilities inherent in the position as Mechanic and all other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by his immediate superior.
