PULSE 63 Healthcare Ventures is a venture studio building and investing in the next generation of life-changing ventures that will redefine healthcare delivery in the Philippines. Our team consists of Entrepreneurs & Investors that combinedly co-founded 6 multi-million dollar companies, led companies with 15,000 people and invested in more than 200 startups. Our network of investors & partners consists of successful founders, corporates, executives, VCs in the Philippines and beyond.

We support (aspiring) Entrepreneurs by being an institutional co-founder that provides validated business models with first traction. In the following months and years we work closely with the founding team and support them with our network, strategy, hiring, tech and fundraising capabilities.

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to be the key operator behind new life-changing healthcare startup.

Requirements

• You want to be the (interim) Co-Founder of a startup (it will be challenging, but reward comes with hustle)
• You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire your team and those around you
• You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are passionate about Healthcare and want to shape the industry in an emerging market
• You have min. 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Startup, Venture Capital, or similar fast-paced environments
• You have a high level of ownership

Your Responsibilities

• Venture Creation: Take charge of building new startups from the ground up - from the seed of an idea to the official launch.
• Interim Management: Act as the interim Co-founder, assuming responsibility for the company's operational success. This includes everything from initial hires and first sales to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.
• Stakeholder Validation: Engage with potential stakeholders to validate each hypothesis, ensuring our ventures are grounded in real-world needs and opportunities.
• Initial Operations: Dive headfirst into execution - build an MVP, design and launch a website, kickstart social media campaigns, manage logistics, and more to validate the venture's hypotheses.
• Investor Readiness: Prepare a compelling pitch deck, investment memo, financial model, and a forward-looking plan that outlines key milestones for fund release.
