We are seeking individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.

About the Team

The Information Technology Department supports the bank with the use of emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver its core banking capability. This role will be an individual contributor. Specific roles & responsibilities are specified in the following sections.

What is expected of you

  • Identify opportunities, understand business problems, and translate them into technical requirements
  • Assess solution proposals from vendor/partner against business requirements, preparation of RFQs and RFIs
  • Perform impact and risk analysis on requirements and/or designs
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis on projects/requirements/changes if needed
  • Construct workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams
  • Collate, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements, and documents them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
  • Create quality documentation

  • Experience in working with international and local colleagues
